Kayla Wilson, known as the "pint-sized powerhouse," is a remarkably talented artist standing at just 4'11". Many are captivated by the stunning sound that emanates from her vocal cords. Singing since the age of five, her gift is apparent from the very first note. Kayla has a unique ability to craft a sound that is distinctly her own, using her music as a testament to God's unconditional love for imperfect people.

Her repertoire ranges from bold, defiant anthems that confront adversity to comforting and relatable messages that offer encouragement in every season of life. Her music genuinely reflects her vibrant personality, brimming with compassion, laughter, boldness, and just a touch of sassy attitude showcasing the challenges she has overcome.

Kayla studied music at Columbia College Chicago's Music Center and Berklee College of Music, where she honed her stage presence to usher in the presence of God and create a safe space for others to worship.

Kayla was born in Chicago, but it was during the COVID pandemic that she had a profound encounter with the Holy Spirit, prompting her relocation to Michigan. This experience ignited her desire to share her journey of rejection and resilience with others during a time when much of the world faced isolation. Feeling led by the Holy Spirit, Kayla used this period as an opportunity for worship, hosting several worship nights aimed at helping others combat feelings of loneliness and reassuring God's people that they were not alone. Though she embodies the spirit of a true Chicago girl, Kayla has made Michigan her home.

Kayla's favorite scripture is Hebrews 11:1 , "Faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen." She stands on this scripture in all aspects of her life and boldly proclaims the faithfulness of God in her music.

Kayla is currently developing her first solo project, set to debut in 2025.
